I wanted to try a couple of tart receipts and needed a tart pan like this one. It’s perfect for my recipes and nothing sticks which is a real plus!

Dorie Greenspan indicates using a 9 inch tart pan in her books. I bought this pan when I bought three of her books. I am making several recipes on repeat, especially the cover recipe in Everyday Dorie. The pan is a perfect companion for the book. In fact, the two together would make a good gift.
I made my first ever tart crust using this pan. The crust did not stick to the pan at all. It works really great! The crust I made is chocolate graham cracker and while it didn’t come out absolutely perfect, it is close enough for a first try!
This tart pan is so great! It is so easy to use, the tart came out perfect with the non stick bottom. It’s great quality, and cooked everything evenly. The bottom pops out which is perfect so you can remove the tart and put it on a plate or platter of your choice. I hand washed it, which I tend to do with my baking items. Although it does say it’s dishwasher safe, I’ve found that a little soap and elbow grease saves my baking pans over time, and I bake a lot. And the price was perfect for the quality of the tart pan.
